• skills that allow you to create stable cooperative relationships in solving problems (soft skills).
The task of creating end—to-end training systems in the BRICS countries is the basis for building new economies.
The strategic objective of the BRICS Team Club is to create new opportunities for career guidance and the development of promising professional integration competencies by schoolchildren, as well as to promote the synchronization of standards in the field of career guidance training of future personnel in the most sought-after professions for developing BRICS economies.
Career guidance training of schoolchildren in innovative areas and the formation of interdisciplinary knowledge among them is indeed an effective investment in the career development of the younger generation.
The Club's members face a global task - to develop a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation for sustainable development. The leadership of young people is fundamental to accelerating a just transition based on the principles of generational solidarity, international cooperation, friendship and social transformation.
In order to stimulate economic growth and solve the problems of poverty and social inequality, the BRICS countries need to focus on developing the mental abilities and professional skills of their youth.
Our young BRICS experts immerse themselves in real design and research spaces in the format of joint educational programs to build the professional potential of young people.
How does the BRICS Team Club function?
The Club consists of students from different regions of the Russian Federation, from different BRICS countries.
Online workshops are regularly held within the framework of the designated topics, meetings and consultations with mentors and BRICS experts.
Club members prepare and act as delegates and speakers at international events dedicated to BRICS and sustainable development issues.
